Talk to a person.

ClipHaus is a small studio, not a ticket system. Every inbox below is read by the person who runs the studio, and replies come from the same address you wrote to.

New shows and pilots

Thinking about clipping your show? Write to contact@arafatarzu.me with a link to your podcast, or skip the email and start with a pilot: four finished clips from one episode, fixed price, before any monthly package.

Support for existing clients

Anything about an episode, a clip, a delivery, or an invoice: support@arafatarzu.me. Your show's portal has the same delivery record we see, so include the episode title if you can.

Legal and copyright

Contracts, rights questions, and takedown notices: legal@arafatarzu.me. The full copyright and DMCA process, including counter-notices, is on the Copyright Policy page.

Security

Found something wrong with this site? Write to security@arafatarzu.me. Our security.txt has the standing contact details.

Where we are

The studio runs from Dhaka and works with business and founder shows in the US, the UK, and Canada. Editing, QC, and delivery all happen in one place, so the person you email is the person who signs off your clips.
