TC 00:22:00:00 — THE HANDBOOK

Documentation

This is the working handbook for the ClipHaus platform: what happens after you sign in, in the order it happens. If something here and something in your portal disagree, the portal is right and this page gets fixed.

For clients

Submitting an episode

From your portal, add an episode with its title and a link to the published episode or the raw recording, plus any notes: moments you remember, topics to avoid, a sponsor read to keep out of clips. Submitting starts your quota reservation; the episode moves to an editor once intake confirms it.

Review and revisions

Finished clips appear in your portal as versions. You can approve a version or request a change with a note; each clip carries an agreed number of revision rounds. Approval is what marks a clip ready for delivery.

Delivery

A clip is delivered when its final version is backed up and a signed download link is issued in your portal. Links expire after 15 minutes by design; a fresh one is one click away. Delivered finals are retained in primary storage for 30 days during the free phase, and in backup after that.

Billing

Packages run on a monthly quota of clips. Your portal shows invoices, their status, and the payment instructions or payment link set for your account. Every quota change is recorded in an append-only ledger you can ask us to walk through line by line.

For clippers

Assignments

Jobs appear in your studio queue with the episode, deadline, and your rate for the job. Claim nothing you cannot finish on time; an unstarted job returned early is always better than a deadline missed quietly.

Versions and submission

Upload versions to the clip they belong to. A submission goes to QC as-is: captions proofed, audio clean, framing checked against the platform the clip is for. The checklist in the podcast clipping guide is the same one QC uses.

QC and pay

A QC pass earns your rate for the clip, recorded at the moment of the pass. A send-back arrives with the reason and what to change. Payouts are batched per cycle; your studio earnings view is the same ledger the payout is built from. The full engagement terms are the Clipper Terms.

Accounts and security

Admins sign in with a password plus an authenticator code. Everyone can reset their password from the sign-in page. If you believe your account is compromised, write to security@arafatarzu.me immediately.
